About Custom Backdrop
- Backdrop is made of a wrinkle-free, polyester weave material similar to a tablecloth
- Includes a 3 rod pocket across the top for hanging. Clamps can be used to secure backdrop the bottom backdrop and on the sides to keep backdrop taught
- Due to the printing process, variances in backdrop size & color may occur
- Store backdrop loosely folded or rolled
- Machine washable and Dryer Safe

Floor Mat Details
- Made of a thick polyester material with a 1.5mm non-slip rubber backing, similar to a mouse pad
- Shipped rolled, for best use lay flat overnight to allow the edges of the mat to settle
- Photographs best when used on flat surface, such as wood or concrete

ABOUT ORDERING PROCESS
Approval Process:
After we have received your artwork, we will create a digital proof and email it to you for approval within 1 - 2 business days. We will provide two proofs at no charge. Any additional proofs will require a $25 fee. Once you approve the digital proof, the order will be sent to final production. Due to the custom nature of this product all sales are final.
Please note if you cancel your custom printed backdrop order after a proof has been sent, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.
Standard orders typically ship within 10 business days from the time we receive proof approval.
